Quick Insight - Darren

I’m a self-motivated individual, a Husband to a beautiful wife and father to two amazing children. Someone who can’t sit still and who’s mind keeps on dreaming about all sorts of different things.

When I’m not working on my businesses or playing with the children, I can be found most of the time watching motivational content, listening to podcasts and reading books. That’s when I’m not in the gym, gardening or playing golf. I’m always looking for the next venture whether business or hobby but with a burning desire to make change happen for myself and other people.

This is why I started "Hello". Ultimately to help people find inspiration through the power of motivational and inspirational content. With so much content online it’s easy to get overloaded, my ambition is to help change that, to filter through all the content available and give people a clear direction to realise their goals.

Who’s Inspiring Me?

Wow, where do I start? I started listening to Tony Robbins years ago but more recently I have connected to many more inspiring people, Bob Proctor, Jay Shetty and the list goes on. Recently I have found a big connection with Bob Proctor, manifesting, positive mindset and the law of attraction really floats my boat.

Which book(s) had a lasting influence on me? Rich Dad Poor Dad by Robert Kyosaki, Atomic Habits by James Clear and You Were Born Rich by Bob Proctor.

Quick Insight - Martin

I’m a plant based convert who loves his rowing and took up calisthenics in my mid-50s, after being inspired by a 60 year old Canadian YouTuber. Coffee and breakfast muffins (my own gluten-free, vegan recipe) are never far from reach.

I was brought up to believe that there is no such word as can't. You just need to find the right solution. Bringing together ideas from different and unrelated markets to create something new and exciting.

That’s what inspires me about Hello My Best Life. Building a platform where creators who have the ability to motivate and inspire and the knowledge to educate, are able to share their ideas with those of us looking for answers.

Who's Inspiring Me?

Who are you following? Matt D’Avella. His simple, unclutterd approach to life through minimalism inspires me. His openess and honesty as a content creator sets him apart from so many on YouTube. The Diary of a CEO by Steven Bartlett. And a shout out to Ali Abdaal, whose productivity tips have proven invaluable and Donald Miller for writing Building a Storybrand.

Which books had a lasting influence on you? Blue Ocean Shift by W.Chan Kim and Renée Mauborgne taught me to take ideas and inspiration from multiple sources and bring them together to create something new and of value. And $Million Dollar Offer by Alex Hormozi.

One quote that inspires you? Ordinary people believe only in the possible. Extraordinary people visualize not what is possible or probable, but rather what is impossible. And by visualizing the impossible, they begin to see it as possible - Cherie Carter-Scott
